Hello dear friends,

We've heard from many, many of you who are deeply worried about the babies affected by China's latest disaster - contaminated milk powder. Half the Sky has been in daily contact with the 41 welfare institutions where we work. We've also been in constant contact with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, which has been working to provide guidance to all the institutions that house babies. They have promised us a full report and I hope to receive it before the coming National Holiday.
