Well, it means that either you are not using the right file type, or the file is too big in size.
Click on 'Allowed extensions and sizes' for the details. |

I've got the same problem.
Where can I find this "allowed extensions and sizes"?
My pic only has 9kb + is a jpg. file - that's not too big, isn't it?
