If you are looking to export a small amount (like one container or less) than there are several companies that can assist you in this. There is man named Benny who has a furniture company near the Shanghai Mart. He is from HK and does this all the time (shipping is not his business but he provides shipping to customers who purchase his goods). I believe there is a one time charge for something or other that covers everything in one shipment (this is a government charge, not a tax or the shipping fee); he recommended that I ship everything at once to avoid paying this charge over and over.

I no longer have Benny's contact number but I can tell you where he is if you want to talk to him . . .

If you are thinking about this as a business, then I think I would recommend talking to some of the larger furniture shops to see what they would do. Act as a customer to gather as much info as possible. Sneaky, yes . . . but it will at least get you some info and put you on some track.
