Go Sweden, get a Swedish green card and then make up some silly reason why you can't work (for example you don't get along with people, actually any reason will be fine).

Just stay at home and enjoy the monthly check from the government who are using other people's tax money to "help" those "in need".

You will be fine there using english. And no effort needed at all.

Teach english
Make cold calls for an offshore investment office (British accent preferred)
Work for a consulate
Find a job that doesn't require use of Mandarin (there are a lot)

Mandatory Swedish lessons for immigrants in Sweden. Long process to get the permanent residency. Swedish welfare not at all what you imagine, high cost of healthcare, all public services have been privatized, high cost of life etc. Life may seem gloomy compared to Asia. Not at all what the poster described, sorry.

Very easy to get around without speaking the lingo.

Need food - point at your mouth
Need time - point at wrist
Need toilet - point at your knob.

Simple.
