This is has been around the internet block and I sure a couple of these are snope-worthy.. but its interesting none the less.

it does. the more zinc you have in your hair, the better hair quality you have.
it's true. that's why they have those zinc schampoos, i dont need it as my hair have already lots of zink as Im obviously very intelligent  |

the more zinc in your body, the less your hair turns gray..... also sheet metal workers seem to look younger than their age.... The thinking is they work with zinc, and zinc slowes the aging process.. |
