Anyone has a recommendation for a good reliable locksmith?

i always had the building call one... sorry i don't have more direct information but perhaps you can ask your building for a recommendation?

Yes, Magnolia has the best idea. Just visit your management or even the guards on your gate and ask them. No doubt they already have one or two closeby that can come quickly if need be.
