I brought imported milk (From France), one of them has lumped. Anyone knows why? |

unfortunaetly, that can happen at it's very annoying when you pay some RMB 20 (or more) for a litre. |

get the HT milk - Australian, New Zealand, and China brands, no refrigeration needed during transport or at the store. |

This has been happening to us for several months! My kids won't touch it unless we pour it through a small strainer first, because they have both had the wonderful experience of gagging on the lumps! This IS the HT milk--has happened with Paul's, Nestle and President. We always buy skimmed, and have been buying all three brands for almost 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I would say it is the rule, rather than the exception--almost every carton has these gross, flat, sludgy lumps at the bottom. Another thing you can do is poke little holes in the foil top to make a built-in strainer, but it dribbles even worse than it normally does. Anyone out there in the milk industry??? |
