^Don't worry that pissy bubbly water you lot call beer will soon be brought up to scratch by the Belgians..
You may want to try a real beer - Boags, Hoegaarden, Becks or Erdinger perhaps |

Me and Dicko make some friggin good (read nasty) shite. It's 28% alchohol and 72 friggin % trouble.
IF Interbev want to offer me $150 bucks, a packet of Winnie blues and a Souvlaki from Nick the Wogs Souvlaki shop and Auto Electricians, it's theres. I'll even through in the brewer (dicko) to train up your new staff.

Who cares, Bud might have a lot of money and a huge following in the white trash crowd but their beer is shite. |

I love politically correct beer ads, with one latin, one blonde, and one black woman.
The guys at marketing really thought that they were doing a very fine job.
Several of the international schools here do the same. The asian, the whitey and the black/mulato kid.
"hey, we take blacks too, look!" is the message, although they probably don't.
Bud is a shite beer. |

Uh, I don't think very many people were focused on the 'marketing message' there..... sure you didn't see anything else in that pic (i.e. boobs and butts) ? |

Generally nationally popular beers are crap; Boags and Cascades are no exception. They were two of the most disappointing beers I have tasted after all the hype from the Australian guys. They taste nearly as bad as Bud. Beck's and Warsteiner are the most popular in Germany and they are crap too. Popular = lowest common denominator so it can't help but be crap. |

The cool thing is that if you're a fat ugly chick and you drink enough Bud, it will make you look just like those models.......
Same thing for the Häagen-Dazs ads. |

There was a Japanese show on British tv in the 80's that advertised how strong their whisky was by having an image of a man hallucinating after drinking it. Imagine if tv ads etc had to be really truthful. You'd have car ads where the slogan might be 'buy this and hot looking chicks will suck you off on the back seat'. |

I know you're right, but it's more like the selling of America then the taste of the brew |
